Mastering Midlife: A Small Group Program for Women in Perimenopause and Menopause

MASTERING MIDLIFE

Hot flashes. Unexpected weight gain. Brain fog. Rage. Exhaustion. Relationship shifts. Sandwich generation stress. Loneliness. There is so much to feel overwhelmed with as a woman in midlife. But there’s hope! 

MASTERING MIDLIFE is a small group program designed to give women in midlife a space to learn from and support one another as we navigate the many challenges (and opportunities!) that present themselves at this unique time in our lives. The group meets weekly for 6 weeks and provides you not only with lots of helpful information and tools, but also an opportunity to be a part of a community of women who are facing many of the same issues you are. 

Additional Details:

  • Six 90-minute sessions
  • All sessions are held online, so that it can fit easily into your already busy life
  • Each cohort has a maximum of 10 women, so an intimate and trusting community can be formed
  • Sessions are led by Jessica Braider, MSW, a certified health and menopause coach
  • Each week we begin with a short presentation on the topic of the week and then we learn from each other in a supportive and open community of women who are in the same stage of life

By the end of the six weeks, you will feel more in control, clearer about who you are and what you want in this stage of life, and ready to embrace a future that is fulfilling, empowered, and honors your needs and wants.

Week 3: Relationships and Social Connection: Strains in Marriages, Aging Parents, Empty Nesting, and Maintaining and Creating Friendships

Week 4: Redefining and Embracing Self-Care and Mental Health

Week 5: Our Shifting Identities: Purpose, Career, and Evolving Priorities

Week 6: Building a Future You Love: Envisioning Your “Second Spring”
